Pattern: Rivolo by Knitspot
Yarn: Blue Moon Fiber Arts Seduction in Rooster Rock

Monica: I finished this scarf back in May and have been waiting for a sunny day to take a photograph. It rained and rained and rained until I went to Vegas. When I came back it was too hot to wear the scarf so I forgot all about it until I found it in a drawer.

Pattern was very easy to knit and the yarn is nice. I think I knit it with one less repeat because the yarn I used is fingering weight and a little thicker than the laceweight that is used in the pattern.

There’s a reason I don’t knit many scarves. I cast on for this last September and worked on it gradually until I’d get bored with it. Then I finally got sick of staring at it and finished it. When I first learned how to knit I never made scarves but always sweaters. I didn’t make scarves until I really got into knitting again. But I’ll be happy in the fall when I can wear this scarf.
