We’ve Moved!!!!

Guess what!! We have a new home. Our new site is http://passionknit.typepad.com/weblog/. We’re still getting adjusted and moving things around. You know how it is, but it’s kind of exciting. There’s more freedom with typepad, which Heidi and Carolyn mentioned. Please be patient as the site will evolve until we reach a happy medium.
In knitting news, my Big Wool yarn came in on Saturday. I was very surprised and impressed at the quick delivery. On Saturday, I went to four stores looking for size 17 needles so that I could get started on Alicia. I have a pair of 17s that my daughter is using to make Gwen, but I didn’t want to take them from her. First I went to Michaels. I saw a pair of 17s, but I thought they were sized incorrectly. They looked too small. Has that ever happened to you? Anyway, my next run was to Hobby Lobby where they were out-of-stock. My third trip was to Darn Yarn, but they were closed. My ‘last’ trip was to Joann’s where the largest size they had were 15s. I thought about the needles I abandoned at Michaels’ and went back for them. I could have saved myself about 1/2 an hour worth of driving time because they were the correct size.

In movable type you can have more than one user so that at the end of posts where the date and time are, it says who made the post too. Kind of like on mason-dixon knitting. Does typepad let you do that too?
