Embarassing to Admit

Monica: No, I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth. No, I didn’t start another pair of socks that is trying to kill me. I had a momentous occasion last week that I’m still trying to recover from–my stash reached the alarming amount of 100,000 yards. It’s at 101,824 yards. That’s 58 miles. Interestingly enough, it’s the exact distance from my house to a yarn shop in Corona, CA.
Update: Amy has more yarn than I do! And she’s having a contest to guess the yardage! Go enter!

Wow! On the spectrum between amazed and frightened, I tend to the amazed. And am jealous that you have enough room to store all that yarn!!

Put it all in a big pile and jump into it! Weeee!!
P.S. The spider in your blog’s header is giving me the willies.

I am always amazed about how you keep track of how much yarn you have by yardage. 58 miles — I’m afraid to know if I have that much yarn. . .

That’s too funny about the miles of yarn to your yarn shop. Funny.
I’m too embarrased to figure out how many miles of yarn I have, I know it’s a heck of a lot though!
